I think it will really help you both. It basically says that we all speak in a different Love Language and what is important is to speak in the language of the one you love - not your language. It is easy and flashes like a light bulb when you see it. Good luck and hold on tight - everyone has times like this. Could I recommend 1 more book - The 5 Love Languages.
