Work has been just crazy this month. So crazy in fact that I think we may have a record number of billable hours. I alone have 20 more billable hours than usual at month end. It’s great to be busy, but there was a lot of stress along with these hours. And if the work load keeps up, we will definitely need to hire another employee. Another downside is that I’m suppose to get a bonus whenever we go over our mark, and I haven’t seen one in well over a year and would bet that I won’t see one this month either. (One of the main reasons I will be starting a job search soon)

At least I have a 4 day weekend starting tomorrow!
