While this may be obvious to most people, it wasn’t obvious to me. Yesterday while I was on the road I stopped at a Qdobas for lunch. While standing in line, I was looking over the menu trying to decide what I wanted to drink. I’m not really a soda drinker, never have been, but the menu choices were a small soda for 1.29 or bottled water for 1.69. I really only wanted water, but in an effort to make my lunch a little cheaper, I decided to go with the small soda. That was until the person in front of me just asked for a water cup, which was free. They have a special water tap right on the soda machine. So when I was checking out, I did the same thing. How great is this. I actually got what I wanted and saved over a dollar on my lunch bill.
