Even though I haven’t been tagged by anyone, that’s ok I’m still new to the scene, I thought I would participate in the 8 things about me hoopla!

• I actually like to shovel snow
• I prefer Winter over Summer, but am always happy when Winter comes to an end
• I bought my first domain name in 1997 and still have it.
• I won my first car in a raffle. It was a used Renault 18i station wagon, but it was still a car!
• Slowly becoming a Linux fanboy. It feels great to break free of the Microsoft grip!
• I started my first blog(this was before they were called blogs) in February 2002. At the time I called it a journal, and it’s focus was to document the re-finishing of my basement, a project that still isn’t complete(or even being worked on anymore.
• I work as a small business IT consultant. I love what I do, because I like helping people. However I’m not happy with my current employer and will be entering the job search arena soon.
• I’m horrible at creating lists about myself! It took way too long to create this post!
