Looked at houses today

Not that we’re in any position financially to buy a new house, but we are starting to think about what is important for us when we are ready to purchase. We are hoping to be ready to look seriously in about a year. Right now we are 5 people in an 1,100 square foot house with only one bathroom. As the kids are getting older, we are starting to feel cramped here. Plus the girls have to have their own room. Every night they are our biggest problem because they share a room and play and/or fight a good hour and a half past their bed time.
